Project Description: On August 29, 2003, the Department of Highways, with the authorization of the Ministry of Transport and Communications, entered into a contract for consulting engineering service for Khom Klong Prapa Road Project. The contract is for the Feasibility Study, an Environmental Impact Assessment and the Survey and Detailed Design. The project starts at Samsen treatment Plant to Highway 347 (Samlae Intake in Pathumthani). The project divided into 3 section described as follows;
Section 1. From Samsen Treatment Plants (WTP) to Bang Khen Water Treatment, a distance of approximately 13.1 kilometers.
Section 2. From Bang Khen Water Treatment to Khlong Bang Luang, a distance of approximately 12 kilometers.
Section 3. From Khlong Bang Luang to Highway 347, a distance of approximately 5 kilometers.
