Description: This project study revealed resulted level of success from investment and operation of projects with its location in water basin areas in the whole kingdom of Thailand which were analyzed in both by project and overall aspects. The project monitoring and evaluation were also resulted as a development of monitoring and evaluation system which reflected the integration of budgetary plan and will benefit in development of future management plan of water resources system.

1. Study and review data gathered in relevant with past problems and situations as a resource for operation planning;
2. Collected and analyzed data of selective projects and plans under budgetary year 2004-2005 with similar manner as the year 2006 for comparison and evaluation stage;
3. Collected all projects and plans under budgetary year 2006 classified by objective, budget, target and output;
4. Developed a monitoring and assessment system with a group ofvselective indicators and criteria for assessment;
5. Conducted 3 seminar sessions for presenting operation results and 1 training program on monitoring and assessment system for related officers.
