Description Kaset underpass is designed to build under the highway No.1 (Phaholyothin road). The underpass is a 4-lane divided reinforced concrete structure with a length of 725 meters itself and a total of 1,200 meters connecting road at end. The underpass is aimed to solve serious traffic congestion for the intersection and nearby area by serving heavy through traffic of the East-West corridor along Ngamwongwan road.

COT Engagement
1. Traffic study, engineering socio - economic and environmental impacts assessment, comparison and selection of alternatives.
2. Topographic survey and detailed design of alignment, structures and etc.
3. Cost estimation and tender documents preparation.
