Description A specific planning of Nakhon Nayok river banks along with 100 km length, coverage 1 km. from both sides of Nakhon Nayok river bank, Total planning area is 175 km2.

COT Engagement Sequence of works as follow:
1. Set up area for specific planning
2. Studies and review urban development plan and other related study reports for data analysis.
3. Collecting and preparing database for planning and preparing base map from aerial photo for land use planning.
4. Public hearing
5. Preparing conceptual plan of landscape and architectural design for infrastructural system plan, transportation plan, natural resources plan and environment conservation plan
6. Preparing action plan with budget prioritization
