Project Description: The Bangkok Government Center is located on a vacant land having the total area of approx. 349 Rais. The land has two plots, Zone A along Chaeng Watthana Road (approx. 100 Rais) and Zone B adjacent to The Supreme Command Headquarters (approx. 197 Rais). The total usage area of the project is approx. 929,800 square meters. The project is a building complex consisting of the following:
- Main Building A: a 9-storey office building for court offices of The Ministry of Justice having the total area of 198,535 square meters.
- Main Building B: a 9-storey office building for five Ministries and other related offices having the total area of 407,430 square meters.
- Car Parking and Residential Building: a 4-storey parking building for the total of 5,500 cars and 10-storey apartment building having the total area of 274,664 square meters.
- Conference Center 1 and Conference Center 2: Conference center building having the total area of 29,973 square meters.
- Engineering System Building: having the total area of 2,200 square meters. The design process started in January 2005 and the construction was completed in 2008.
